The missing boy, Luwangthem Mukhesh, son of Luwangthem Gyanendra of Keishampat Leimajam Leikai, Imphal West, was reported missing since 2 PM on March 16.

The RPI (A) leader said that the 20-year-old boy has reportedly been captured in the Jouzangtek area. His life may be in grave danger, and immediate intervention by the police is necessary to ensure his safety.
