In two separate incidents, the Manipur Police has arrested 3 persons—one for possession of 1.013 kg and 0.93 gram of heroin in ‘doir vail’ from the North AOC area, and two others for dismantling and stealing CGI sheet material from abandoned houses in the Moreh area, Tengnoupal District.
The arrested have been identified as Khaiminlen Lupho (36) of Mumpi village, Moreh, Tengnoupal District, and Boipu Gangte (40) of Moreh Ward No. 9, Lhangkichoi. The arrest was made by Moreh Police with assistance from a BSF team.
