Jan 27, 2025: Acting on a tip-off, in a joint operation carried out by Assam Rifles and Manipur Police, one person suspected to be affiliated with KCP (T) was arrested in the general area of Waithou in Thoubal district, Manipur, on 26 Jan 25.
According to reports, the arrested individual is involved in extortion activities, and six rounds of ammunition have been recovered from his possession. However, the identity of the arrested person has not been disclosed and has been handed over to the police.
