DEC 24, 2025 (Imphal): Security forces in Churachandpur carried out an intensive operation at the Thangjing foothill under Churachandpur Police Station on Wednesday, leading to the recovery of three rifles, 12 pumpi shells, and one pumpi.
The recovered items include one modified MP5 rifle with magazine, one modified MP5 rifle ammunition, one country-made single-barrel rifle, 12 pumpi shells, one pumpi measuring 8 feet in length, and nine 7.68×39 empty cases. There were no reports of any arrests during the operation.
