March 31, 2025: Police arrested four poppy cultivators from Songjang village, IT Road, in Kangpokpi district of Manipur on Sunday.
The arrested four poppy cultivators have been identified as Janggoulen Kipgen (41), Letginlal Kipgen (41), Kamginlen Kipgen (25), and Thangminlen Kipgen (34). A case has also been registered in connection with the incident at Kangpokpi police station under Kangpokpi District of Manipur.
