Police arrested two active members of UG outfits—one female KCP (PWG) active member and another PLA active member—from two different areas of Imphal East district of Manipur on Thursday.
The arrested KCP (PWG) member has been identified as Khoirom Deepsea (33), alias Irungangbi, of Haobam Marak Lourembam Leikai. She was arrested from Thongju Part-2 Leirak Macha under Singjamei Police Station.
The arrested active member of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) has been identified as Thounaojam Sachindra Singh, alias Laba, alias Alex (24), of Takhel Mamang Leikai. He was arrested at Sanjenbam Khullen near the waiting shed under Lamlai Police Station.
