The young Serow (Capricornis rubidus), a species classified as “Vulnerable” by the IUCN, was found and rescued on November 26 by Keijuilung Pame, son of Arum Pame from Impa village under Tousem Sub-division. Demonstrating exemplary civic responsibility, he handed over the fawn to Range Forest Officer A. Promeshwor Singh on November 27.
