In a gesture of compassion and solidarity, Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) of Moreh, Ejaj Hassan, hosted a Ningol Chakouba celebration for women of internally displaced persons (IDPs) from Moreh, currently taking shelter at the Wangjing Kodompokpi Sports Complex Relief Camp in Thoubal district.
To mark the occasion, SDO Ejaj Hassan also presented simple gifts to the participating IDP women, adding warmth and meaning to the celebration.
Meanwhile, the Meetei Council Moreh (MCM), Kha Nongpok Aunba Nupi Lup, Moreh, and the Wangjing Kodompokpi Sports Complex Relief Camp Committee extended their heartfelt gratitude to SDO Ejaj Hassan for his thoughtful initiative, which brought moments of joy and emotional comfort to the displaced families amid their ongoing hardships.
