Security forces recover 6 IED rockets with launcher from CCpur
Jan. 29, 2025: In a search operation carried out from Loilamkot to Nalon under Henglep Police Station in Churachandpur District, security forces recovered six (06) IED rockets along with one launcher and other firearms.
The firearms recovered during the operation include:
- One (01) country-made mortar (Pompi)
- One (01) 7.62 mm sniper round
- One (01) sniper magazine
- Three (03) tear smoke shells (short range)
- Four (04) tear smoke shells (CS)
- Two (02) tear smoke shells (normal)
- One (01) 38 mm riot control cartridge with a rubber bullet
- Three (03) IED shells
- Three (03) helmets
- Three (03) BP jackets with one (01) fiber plate
