May 13, 2025: A self-styled Sergeant Major of CKLA/UPLF, a non-SoO Kuki-armed group, was arrested yesterday during an operation in Saikot Village, Churachandpur, Manipur.
The arrested individual has been identified as David Ngamjang (25) of M. Tatjang Village, Sugnu, currently residing at Zouveng, Churachandpur District.
Security Forces also seized one (1) 9 mm pistol and three (3) live round bullets from his possession.
