Tadubi AC Electoral Roll Finalised with 49,871 Voters; 1,172 New Electors Added

The Final Photo Electoral Roll of the 49–Tadubi (ST) Assembly Constituency was officially published on Tuesday as part of the Special Summary Revision with January 1, 2026 as the qualifying date, according to the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO), Manipur.

The electoral roll was released by the concerned Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) in line with the schedule fixed by the Election Commission of India. Members of the public, electors, and representatives of political parties can inspect the final electoral roll at the offices of the EROs, Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AEROs), and Booth Level Officers (BLOs) of the constituency. The rolls are also available on the CEO Manipur website.

According to official figures, the total number of electors in the final roll stands at 49,871, an increase from 48,896 in the draft roll published on February 9, 2026. The electorate includes 25,036 male voters and 24,835 female voters, while the gender ratio stands at 992. The Elector Population (EP) ratio is recorded at 40.52 percent. The number of polling stations in the constituency remains unchanged at 82.

During the revision period, 1,172 new voters were enrolled, while 197 electors were deleted from the rolls. The final roll also includes 496 service electors.

A meeting with representatives of national and state political parties was held at the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, Manipur, where officials briefed them on the revision process and related activities. Copies of the final electoral rolls were also handed over to the party representatives. The meeting was presided over by Chief Electoral Officer Shailesh Kumar Chourasia.

Meanwhile, District Election Officer and Deputy Commissioner of Senapati Mamoni Doley, IAS, also chaired a meeting with political party representatives regarding the publication and distribution of the final electoral rolls for the constituency.

Officials informed that any appeal against the decision of the Electoral Registration Officer can be filed before the District Magistrate, Senapati, under Section 24(a) of the Representation of the People Act, 1950. A second appeal may be made to the Chief Electoral Officer, Manipur, under Section 24(b) in accordance with the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960.
