20 March, 2025 : Manipur’s long-awaited Marjing Hill ropeway has officially entered its trial phase, marking a historic milestone for the region.
Former Chief Minister N. Biren Singh shared the news on his social media, calling it “history in the making.” He highlighted that the ropeway will connect the Ibudhou Marjing Polo Complex to the foothill, offering a breathtaking ride that promises to enhance tourism, accessibility, and the cultural heritage of the area.
