March 23, 2025 : To honor the sacrifices of India’s freedom fighters, Shaheed Diwas was observed at Royal Brighter Academy Higher Secondary, Sora Ching Wangma, Kakching District. The event was organized by Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK) Thoubal in collaboration with the school.
The program was attended by the school’s Principal Keibuanung Kahmei, Vice Principal Amir, and K. Lokendro Singh, member of DACYP, NYK Thoubal, as presidium members. They paid homage to the bravery of Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, and Sukhdev, who were executed by the British on March 23, 1931, for their role in India’s freedom struggle.
As part of the event, a session on water conservation was conducted in observance of World Water Day. K. Lokendro Singh emphasized the significance of water conservation and rainwater harvesting, urging students to support the “Catch the Rain” campaign.
Additionally, ahead of World Tuberculosis Day on March 24, IEC materials were distributed to students to raise awareness about tuberculosis prevention.
