April 12, 2026 (IMP): The COCOMI (Coordinating Committee on Manipur Integrity) has announced that it will continue to carry out agitation with the people until concrete action is taken by the government against those responsible for the Tronglaobi terror attack.
The powerful RPG attack on the intervening night of April 6–7, which snatched the lives of two innocent children from their mother, is one of the worst terror incidents that has ever happened.
Pertaining to such a terror attack, the silence of the Prime Minister, Home Minister, and the President of India has apparently shown that they have not considered the people as citizens of India.
The committee said it will carry out movements with the people until strong action is taken and justice is delivered.
