Feb. 13, 2015: A suspected case of fratricide rocked a CRPF camp in Lamsang, Imphal West District, tonight at 8 PM.
One CRPF jawan allegedly opened fire, claiming the lives of two colleagues from the F-120 Coy CRPF and leaving eight others injured.
The assailant later took his own life using his service weapon. Confirming the report, Manipur Police, in its X handle, stated that senior police and CRPF officials have mobilized to the scene to investigate the harrowing incident.
