From two separate locations, the state security forces arrested two active members of PREPAK (Pro), one from Jiribam and another from Bishnupur District on Monday.
The arrested has been identified as Saikhom Sandip Singha (32) of Saikhom Leikai, Sonai Bazar, Cachar, Assam, arrested from Bidya Nagar under Jiribam Police Station, Jiribam District.
And the other has been identified as Irengbam Robinson Singh (25) of Ningthoukhong Kha Khunou Ward No. 4, Bishnupur District, from his residence, and from his possession, the forces have seized the following items: 196 (one hundred ninety-six) nos. of .303 mm empty cases, 82 (eighty-two) nos. of 7.62 mm SLR empty cases, 55 (fifty-five) nos. of 5.56 mm INSAS empty cases, 32 (thirty-two) nos. of 7.62 mm AK empty cases, and 01 (one) mobile phone with 01 (one) SIM card.
