The United National Liberation Front (UNLF), Manipur, has stated that Wangmayum Azizur Rahaman alias Tiger of Mayang Imphal Bengoon is a person who has been ousted from the UNLF for infringement of the outfit’s rules and regulations.
According to a statement issued by Charairongba Thokchom, Secretary of the Department of Publicity and Education, Wangmayum Azizur Rahaman alias Tiger had worked for the outfit as a member between 2023 and 2024, but was later expelled for breaching its rules and regulations.
The statement further clarified that any activities carried out by him, along with the group he has floated, have no relation with the UNLF in any manner. It also warned that Tiger should not engage in any anti-social activities with his group, stating that if he and his associates are found involved in such acts, the outfit would give befitting punishment for the crime.
