Thoubal, Dec 11 – The United Youths of Heirok (UYH) provided financial assistance to Laishram Kiran Singh (36), son of Ingocha, Heirok Part (I) Mayai Leikai, who got his right hand amputated by a threshing machine on October 29 this year.
The UYH handed over the financial assistance to Kiran’s mother, Bheigyamni, on Thursday. UYH members Thokchom Kishan, Konsam Sinthangamba, and Thokchom Boboycha took part in the handing over of the assistance.
Thokchom Boboycha stated that the UYH is committed to providing support to those in need and urged others to come forward and help those affected by accidents and other unfortunate events.
Kiran is currently recovering at home after being discharged from Shija Hospital.
