Emphasizing the importance of a balanced and positive approach to examinations, Chief Minister of Manipur, Y. Khemchand Singh, has urged students appearing for the Class XII Higher Secondary Examination (HSE) 2026 to remain calm and focused.
In his message to candidates of the examination conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur, Singh encouraged students to view exams as important academic milestones rather than stressful events. Citing the “exam warrior” philosophy advocated by Narendra Modi, he said students should face examinations with confidence instead of fear.
He advised students to concentrate on improving their own performance instead of comparing themselves with peers. The Chief Minister also appealed to parents and teachers to guide students with encouragement while avoiding undue pressure.
Concluding his message, Singh conveyed his best wishes to all candidates and expressed confidence in their success.
